• infrastructure limits,

• operational quotas,
• transaction limits,
• communication limits,
• API restrictions,
• delivery allocation limits,
• processing thresholds,
• or fair-access controls.

Vexim Biocare may regulate:

• WhatsApp usage,
• SMS volume,
• OTP requests,
• email campaigns,
• bulk communication,
• notification frequency,
• support messaging,
• or communication API consumption.

Excessive communication usage may attract:

• additional charges,
• restrictions,
• throttling,
• suspension,
• or operational review.

Users shall not excessively consume:

• cloud storage,
• backup infrastructure,
• server resources,
• bandwidth,
• database capacity,
• processing power,
• or operational infrastructure

beyond commercially reasonable operational thresholds.

Vexim Biocare reserves rights to:

• impose storage limits,
• archive inactive data,
• restrict excessive usage,
• charge additional fees,
• or restructure infrastructure allocation.

Vexim Biocare may regulate:

• integration frequency,

Unauthorized scraping, abusive automation, or excessive API consumption may result in:

Users shall not:

Vexim Biocare may determine certain activities as excessive including:

• abnormal transaction activity,
• excessive message generation,
• abnormal cloud usage,
• excessive delivery allocation,
• repeated failed requests,
• abusive customer creation,
• fake operational activity,
• or suspicious automation behavior.

Users shall not:

• misuse AI systems,
• overload automated infrastructure,
• abuse recommendation systems,
• manipulate operational analytics,
• exploit predictive systems,
• or interfere with ecosystem intelligence mechanisms.

Delivery systems shall not be used for:

• fake deliveries,
• artificial order creation,
• operational manipulation,
• route abuse,
• fraudulent delivery activity,
• false confirmations,
• or misuse of logistics infrastructure.

Unauthorized:

• credential sharing,
• account resale,
• login sharing,
• subscription misuse,
• user bypassing,
• or unauthorized multi-user access

may result in:

• operational restrictions,
• additional charges,
• suspension,
• or account termination.

Subscription plans may include:

• login limitations,
• user limits,
• delivery staff limits,
• transaction limits,
• storage caps,
• communication caps,
• or operational restrictions.

Additional users or operational capacity may attract additional fees.

Users shall not:

• send spam,
• misuse messaging systems,
• generate excessive campaigns,
• abuse promotional systems,
• or create communication disruptions.

Vexim Biocare reserves rights to:

• throttle communication,
• restrict campaigns,
• suspend messaging access,
• or recover operational costs.

Vexim Biocare reserves unrestricted rights to:

• introduce usage-based pricing,
• impose overage charges,
• recover infrastructure costs,
• revise billing structures,
• introduce premium usage tiers,
• or monetize high-consumption operational usage.

Vexim Biocare may dynamically allocate:

• bandwidth,
• infrastructure,
• communication capacity,
• delivery capacity,
• cloud resources,
• operational priority,
• AI processing resources,
• or platform performance capacity

based on ecosystem requirements.

Vexim Biocare may analyze:

• behavioral patterns,
• infrastructure usage,
• operational consumption,
• communication analytics,
• API behavior,
• delivery activity,
• cloud utilization,
• and ecosystem performance metrics.

Vexim Biocare reserves unrestricted rights to:

• investigate suspicious usage,
• flag abnormal behavior,
• suspend operations,
• limit functionality,
• hold settlements,
• apply operational restrictions,
• recover damages,
• or terminate services.

Vexim Biocare may impose:

• overage fees,
• cloud recovery charges,
• infrastructure recovery charges,
• communication recovery charges,
• API overuse charges,
• operational handling charges,
• or premium operational pricing

for excessive or non-standard usage.

Vexim Biocare may implement:

• throttling systems,
• rate limits,
• traffic balancing,
• usage caps,
• AI monitoring,
• automation controls,
• anti-spam systems,
• fraud prevention systems,
• or operational restrictions

to protect ecosystem stability.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, no plan shall be interpreted as:

• unlimited,
• unrestricted,
• infinite,
• or unmetered

where operational abuse, excessive usage, or infrastructure strain exists.

Vexim Biocare may:

• temporarily restrict usage,
• suspend accounts,
• limit operational functionality,
• reduce communication access,
• block integrations,
• restrict delivery operations,
• or impose operational limitations

due to:

• abuse,
• operational risk,
• excessive consumption,
• compliance concerns,
• fraud,
• or infrastructure protection requirements.

Users shall not:

• interfere with platform fairness,
• manipulate rankings,
• abuse promotional systems,
• exploit pricing loopholes,
• artificially inflate activity,
• create fake operational behavior,
• or harm ecosystem integrity.

Vexim Biocare shall not be liable for restrictions, interruptions, throttling, outages, or limitations caused by:

• cloud providers,
• telecom providers,
• payment gateways,
• APIs,
• WhatsApp systems,
• SMS vendors,
• logistics providers,
• or third-party infrastructure dependencies.

Vexim Biocare may preserve and utilize:

• usage analytics,
• operational intelligence,
• infrastructure statistics,
• communication metrics,
• delivery patterns,
• AI datasets,
• and ecosystem performance data

for:

• analytics,
• AI systems,
• optimization,
• fraud prevention,
• monetization,
• scalability,
• and operational governance.

Franchise partners, accounting partners, vendors, and operational entities remain responsible for:

• employee usage,
• delivery staff activity,
• communication practices,
• operational compliance,
• credential security,
• and infrastructure usage associated with their accounts.

Vexim Biocare shall not be liable for:

• operational restrictions,
• throttling,
• communication limitations,
• infrastructure prioritization,
• suspension due to abuse,
• API restrictions,
• delivery allocation limits,
• or indirect commercial losses arising from fair usage enforcement.

Vexim Biocare reserves unrestricted rights to:

• modify,
• revise,
• restructure,
• automate,
• expand,
• or replace

this Policy at any time.

Continued usage constitutes acceptance of revised policies.

This Policy shall be governed in accordance with laws applicable to Vexim Biocare’s operational jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction determined by Vexim Biocare’s registered operational office.
